When does Videndum report its financial results?plus
Videndum’s financial year ends on 31 December. Annual results for the financial year are usually announced at the end of February of the following year.
In addition, Videndum reports interim results for the six months to 30 June each year, which are usually announced in August.

Videndum’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) is usually held in May each year.

I have been approached by someone to sell my shares. How do I know if it is a genuine offer? plus
Shareholders should be aware that fraudsters may try and use high pressure tactics to lure investors into share scams. Where can I check my shareholding?plus
Simply log onto www.shareview.co.uk/info/register and follow the online instructions to register.
What do I do if my personal details have changed?plus
If you have a Shareview portfolio you will be able to change your address, email address, dividend choice and dividend payment instruction online.
If you wish to change other details, to transfer shares or lodge a power of attorney or other legal document please contact our registrar, Equiniti Group.
What should I do with my share certificate(s)?plus
Share certificates should be kept in a safe place. You will need them to sell/transfer your shares.
What should I do if I have lost/misplaced my share certificate?plus
There is a charge to replace your share certificate, so we advise that you ensure you have looked thoroughly before requesting a new one.
Why do I receive duplicate documents?plus
If you have more than one account on the share register you will receive documentation for each account.
Please contact Videndum’s registrar, Equiniti Group, for information on how to combine your accounts.
What do I do if a shareholder has passed away?plus
If you are administering the estate, you may need to transfer shares into the names of beneficiaries or sell the holding.
They will then send you the forms you will need to complete. You will be asked to supply a certified copy of the death certificate, together with an appropriate authority to deal with the estate, such as a Grant of Probate.
Have you changed registrar?plus
With effect from 29 November 2019, Videndum changed it’s registrar from Link Asset Services to EQ Group plc. All records have been transferred to Equiniti Group.
How can I sell or buy more shares in Videndum?plus
Equiniti Group have a share dealing service. Alternatively, you may wish to use a broker of your own choice.
Dividends
When does Videndum pay dividends? plus
Videndum historically has paid dividends twice a year, in May and October.
Can I receive dividends directly into my bank account?plus
If you would like to receive your dividends directly into your UK bank account or building society account, you can do so by:
- Registering for a Shareview Portfolio at www.shareview.co.uk/info/register then following the “Arrange direct dividend payments” link.
- Visiting www.shareview.co.uk/info/directdividends where you can download a Bank Mandate Form and return it to our registrar, Equiniti Group.
Can I receive dividends in a foreign currency?plus
Does Videndum offer a Dividend Reinvestment Plan?plus
You can elect to join the Dividend Reinvestment Plan which enables you to reinvest cash dividends into additional Videndum shares.

I’ve lost my dividend cheque. Can I get a replacement? plus
Equiniti Limited can also assist you in setting up your share account so that you receive dividend payments directly into your bank account.
Will I receive a tax voucher when a dividend is paid?plus
A Dividend Confirmation is issued to shareholders showing relevant information for each payment. If you participate in the DRIP, in addition to the Dividend Confirmation, you will also receive your Income Tax Relief Certificate.
